how to BOOK?
Send an inquiry either by in the apartments category pages or or call . We will then reply to inform about the best possible availabilities or about the special availability you have asked for. The rental agreement will be made and confirmed easily by email. 
how to pay?
You can pay directly to the bank or safely via our payment link (verified by Visa). We accept Visa, Master and Amex -cards. Pay here -link is in the upper right hand corner of the page. If you wish to have the rental invoice done by a company name, please let us know beforehand.
HOW TO GET THE KEYS ?
We can deliver the keys to the airport (cost 35eur) or to Helsinki main railway station (cost 15eur).
Alternatively you can collect the keys from our office in the center of Helsinki free of charge.
At the airport we use the Bag Storage-service point which is located in the arrival hall, on the left side just before the exit doors and entry to pick up point,taxis & railway station. The Bag Storage is open at the moment between 05-22 daily.
You will get the envelope with keys and instructions by showing your ID at the desk.
We can also deliver keys elsewhere in the capital region for 35 € price.
You can enter the apartment earliest at 15.00 (3 pm). All instructions are in the key envelope.

ARRIVAL TO THE APARTMENT

The apartment must be empty latest at 12.00 (at noon) in the last day of your rental agreement. The keys should be left on the apartment table for us to pick them up.Although the ending cleaning is included in the price, we appreciate if you leave the apartment in rather tidy condition.
housekeeping
If you like to have housekeeping service during your stay- we will arrange it for you.
In small apartments it is 50 eur (incl. 24% vat)/visit and in bigger 2-3 bedroom apartments 80 eur (incl. 24%vat)/visit, the cleaning includes also changing linen and towels.
TIPS for arrival from abroad
Order a taxi beforehand:
If you are flying to Finland, we recommend the Taxi Kovanen company which is the easiest to order beforehand. Use the form to book the taxi. The company will monitor your your flight and the driver will be waiting for you at the arrival hall.

Normal taxies are also available at the airport with easy access and the fixed price should be 35eur for those.
Grocery shopping:

The easiest way to land and make you feel at home at your apartment is to do the first grocery shopping already at the airport.
Alepa grocery store is located in arrival hall and is open 24 hrs.
Remember that no bottled water is needed in Finland, the tap water is among highest quality in the world. It has been found to be significantly cleaner than bottler water.
